- Strategic marketing: Strategic planning, budget allocation, resource allocation, social media management, supplier management, creative development. Brands included: GoPro, Rip Curl, Seafolly, New Era, O’Neill, Oakley, Tommy Bahama, Beyond the Beach,
- Event management: Managed all aspects of brand events. Emirates Airlines Dubai Rugby Sevens, Sole DXB, Spinney’s Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge, Middle East Comic Con, GoPro international training and various brand sponsored days.
- Campaign management: Developed and launched multiple regional marketing campaigns for all brands.
- Account management: Managed the retail and distribution marketing for all accounts.
- Social media: Launched, managed and maintained all social media channels for the top ten brands.
- People management: Managed the marketing team and had oversight of the GoPro team when the Head of Tech was outstation.
Accomplishments:
- Successfully launched various new store locations including Seafolly, Oakley, New Era and Beyond the Beach.
- Successfully planned, managed and implement new events including Rugby 7’s, Sole DXB and Comic Con.
- Through effective marketing activities, increased GoPro Marketing Development Funds (MDF) by over fifty percent.
- Played an integral role in GoPro sales exceeding one hundred million Dirhams in 2015.
